Shop Policies

 ORDERING

We accept Paypal and credit cards for payment.  We use Mal's eCommerce and Paypal for our shopping carts.  You do not have to have a Paypal account to order online.  You may also email us with your order if you would like to pay by credit or debit card over the phone.  Send your email to:   autumnmoon_christina@yahoo.com.  Please include your address and phone number when emailing your order so we may contact you for payment.


CUSTOM ORDERS

Christina will accept custom orders when time allows.  If you would like something specific created for you, please email Christina at autumnmoon_christina@yahoo.com.  In the subject, please type:  Custom Order Request.  Item must be paid in advance before work can begin.


SHIPPING

In stock items will be marked next to the item in parenthesis.  For example (1 in stock).  In stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days by USPS.  Made to order items are 2 weeks unless noted.

If this is a gift for someone and it is being shipped directly to them, please leave a note in the the Note to Seller box during checkout.  This way I will know not to include a receipt.

Please be sure the ship to address is correct before you submit your order.  There will be no replacements or refunds for items going to the wrong address.  


*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (orders outside of the USA) ***

I use stamps.com to create my shipping labels.  A phone number is required for the customs form.  Please provide that information when checking out.

I charge you the cost for shipping the item(s) to you.  It is your responsibility to pay any taxes/duties/fees, etc. that your customs office requires.  I have no control over what they charge you when the item arrives.  I will not mark your package as a gift.  It is illegal and I could be banned from shipping to your country by doing so.


DAMAGE CLAIMS & RETURNS

You must report damaged items within 7 days of receiving your items in order to receive a replacement.  A photo of the damage must be supplied so a claim can be made.  If no photo is provided, no replacement will be made.

Returns must be done within 14 days of receiving your items and mailed back at your own cost.  Once items have been inspected and are in the condition they were in when they were originally shipped to you, a refund will be made less the shipping cost.
