SHOP POLICIES

PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY ON ITEMS CHRISTINA HAS TO MAKE.  IN STOCK ITEMS WILL SHIP WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS.  DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, LEAD TIMES MAY BE LONGER.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD WHEN ORDERING FOR HOLIDAY GIFTS.  THANK YOU.

 

ORDERING

We use Mal's eCommerce and Paypal for our shopping carts.  You do not have to have a Paypal account to order online.  You may also email us with your order if you would like to pay by credit or debit card over the phone.  Send your email to:   autumnmoon_christina@yahoo.com.  Please include your address and phone number when emailing your order so we may contact you for payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you would like something specific created for you, please email Christina at autumnmoon_christina@yahoo.com.  In the subject, please type:  Custom Order Request.  Half of the quoted price must be paid in advance before work can begin.

SHIPPING

We will use UPS for large orders and USPS for smaller sized orders.  We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping. 

**Local orders may be arranged for pick up.  If you are planning to pick up your order, please email it to autumnmoon_christina@yahoo.com and that way, the shipping charge will not be added by the shopping cart.

DAMAGE CLAIMS & RETURNS

You must report damaged items within 7 days of receiving your items in order to receive a replacement.

Returns must be done within 14 days of receiving your items and mailed back at your own cost.  There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
